Summit View

Summit View is a by-right development of 48 units that will provide permanent supportive housing for Veterans experiencing homelessness and earning between 30% to 50% or below average median income. 1 2-bedroom unit will also be included to serve as the Manager’s unit which will be unrestricted. Project also includes: 3 case management offices, a conference room, exercise room, laundry room, dog run, and a central plaza fitted with outdoor seating. Summit View Apartments is a Joint Venture project between LA Family Housing (LAFH) and Many Mansions (MM).
