Palo Verde

Palo Verde is a permanent supportive housing development located in Sun Valley which serves individuals experiencing chronic homelessness living with a severe mental illness. Residents have access to on-site case management services and are referred through the County’s Coordinated Entry System (CES). The development includes 60 units, 59 affordable units and one managers unit. The property is located adjacent and within walking distance of medical service facilities, and the Sun Valley Park & Pool recreation center. Services include full time property manager and resident advocate, dedicated onsite mental health and recovery support staff, and life-skills coordinator. Amenities include furnished community room, computer lab, open court yard and an on-site laundry room.
