Residences on Main

Residences on Main is a four-story, 50 unit 100% permanent supportive housing development set-aside for homeless families and Transition-Age Youth. Residences on Main will consist of a 57,000 square foot four-story building with a craftsman style of architecture, incorporating craftsman tower elements, exposed wood grain, and a mixture of visually cohesive exterior finishes to break up space for added visual interest. A ground floor Community Garden is located centrally along the Main Street frontage visible from the street edge. The building will be at least LEED Silver and will include amenities to enhance the living experience such as two community rooms, courtyard space with a tot lot and laundry room
