Klump Apartments are located in North Hollywood and provide 15 studio units for formerly homeless individuals.

Klump Apartments is a two-story structure originally designed as a hotel which underwent major rehab and conversion in 2003. Sustainable and innovative features include a solar hot water system which was installed in 1985 and has since been upgraded. Other sustainable features include low-flow toilets, LED light fixtures, laminate flooring to replace carpet, double-pane windows, and insulation for the walls and ceilings
